Chip Hellus – Owner/Introductory Program Coordinator

After competing in several body building competitions, Chip decided to open and own his own gym.  Having co-owned the Outer Limits for over 23 years, Chip understands the anxiety behind beginning a membership.  Every new member has the opportunity to work with Chip on an introductory program completely free of charge. Besides introductions, Chip is always receptive to questions that any member may have regarding fitness or a leaking faucet.  Chip has an infectious personality that will make you want to come in time and time again.

Chip knows what will work and won’t for each individual.  He can make even the simplest of workout plans turn into a muscle burning 45 min routine just by changing a variable or two.  Chip will make you feel comfortable and help you throw out any misconceptions or anxiety towards exercise.

Chip enjoys farming, spending the day outside and kicking back with his wife.  Also, working out, but that is just a given.
